We give top priority to providing oocytes that can be used for experiments. Several types of oocytes were prepared because the viability of oocytes obtained varies greatly depending on the conditions of collagenase treatment. We also practiced aseptic procedures. Until now, there have been cases in which oocytes that were unsuitable for experiments were donated due to individual differences in frogs and seasonal influences. Aquaporin 4 (AQP4) hyperpermeable water is the water that penetrates the brain. This bottled water was created as a result of years of research.
